About us

The Eldon House is owned by Rab Clark of the Bridge, Passage Street, Bristol, and managed by John Gregory and Emma Harper. We are closely linked with Bath Ales, and can be found at their website, although we remain a free house. We refurbished in Spring 2006 and opened our doors on April 21st.

The pub serves the local community as well as fast-becoming a spot for discerning music lovers, real ale and good food lovers, some of whom travel fair distances to get here. We have no TV to distract from the cosy atmosphere. It is a friendly little place where quality conversation is up on the top shelf beside the Bombay Sapphire! We have a non smoking room and seating outside.
